CATA'S NOTES

Cocoa Origin Cesar

Tropical aromas appear in quick succession to the nose. Banana, panela and jasmine anticipate the expression of chocolate in the mouth, a forest experience that unfolds, on a sweet and creamy background, notes of aromatic herbs, raisins and a residual cocoa (certified cocoa liqueur, processed in Asoseynekun's processing plant).
