Special Chocolate Colombia

Medium cocoa on the nose. On the palate, medium cocoa accompanied by a pleasant lactic acidity, which is accompanied by a low bitterness and astringency, low fruitiness followed by dried brown fruits with light hints of plum a soft floral touch, and a mixture of dark wood, spice and nutty notes that complement a low natural sweetness rounding off a sample with good balance and intensity.
