The Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta declared by UNESCO in 1979 as a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site. The cocoa of this region has been ranked as one of the best in the world, was awarded the Gold Medal at the International Chocolate Awars in 2015.

Sspecial Certified Sierra Nevada

Medium cocoa on the nose. On the palate, medium cocoa accompanied by a lactic and citric acidity, along by bitterness and low astringency. Low fruitiness with brown fruits, a soft floral touch with green notes, and an array of dark woods, spices and nuts that complement a natural sweetness that rounds off a well-balanced sample with good balance and intensity.
